1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Mockbit ("the Service") at mockbit.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Mockbit is operated by Mockbit ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Mockbit is an AI-powered technical interview preparation platform. Users practice coding and machine learning interview questions, receive real-time code execution feedback, and get AI-generated performance evaluations and debriefs to help them prepare for software engineering and ML roles at top technology companies.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
4. Subscription and Payments
Mockbit offers a subscription service billed monthly in US dollars. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@mockbit.io. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
6. Free Sessions
Mockbit offers free sessions to users without an account. These free sessions are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free session offer at any time.
7. AI-Generated Content
The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate interview questions, evaluate user responses, and provide feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Mockbit does not guarantee that the questions, evaluations, or feedback are error-free or reflect the actual interview processes of any specific company. Mockbit is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Meta, Amazon, Apple, OpenAI, or any other company referenced on the platform.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape content from the platform; (b) share, distribute, or reproduce interview questions or AI-generated feedback outside of the platform without permission; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (f) sell or transfer your account to another party.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including but not limited to interview questions, AI-generated feedback, software, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Mockbit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mockbit's liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall Mockbit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be resolved through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Turkey, conducted in English by a single arbitrator.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
